Materia List

Is there a topic or a site that lists wich Materia type is made from wich gear type?

I know its all a chance, but according to some players, some type of gear has a higher chance of turning into a certain materia type.

Actually, another forum-goer pointed this helpful chart out from this page the other day. They ninja'd it in with no announcement or anything.
