Switching servers soon....

I'm looking to move servers soon. I'm leaving my house and FC behind to move servers so I'm losing several big investments :( Obviously, I want a little perspective before leaving everything behind. I have a few things I focus on in the game, crafting, raids, bird farming, savage content, and diadem for example.

I'd like to know things related to the demographics such as population size, main language, most active FC's, atmosphere of the player base (i.e.: are there a lot of toxic players).
Are there many newer players, and is older content still being played?
