Mouse Stuttering on Character Movement

I just want to clarify I'm talking about when you move your character around by holding the right mouse button then pressing in the left mouse button. The left mouse will then occasionally start to stutter, stopping my character then doing it again and again. I'll be holding the mouse button down, then my character will randomly stop, move a few steps, stop again, move a few more steps, stop, move for a while again. Imagine this occurring while trying to move from mechanics. :(

I tried RMA'ing my Logitech G502 thinking it was a mouse hardware issue as this happened on two separate computers, then it started happening on my Dell backup mouse! I'm at my wits end when it comes to this particular issue as I have tried just about every fix imaginable from Googling the issue and haven't come across anything that has worked. If anyone can help me, I would most definitely appreciate it.
