Zhloe hand in problem

I'm having an issue with handing in items to Zhloe....

It's my first time handing in items and the help she offers in no way explains what is wrong with what I am doing.

I have 6 hand ins remaining, and hopefully this image displays correctly....

Someone help, I even made one lower quality because I thought maybe it was having a hissy fit about being HQ, but after reading what help she does offer that was a bad move.

There's no information on the UI to hand things in, so it's just gibberish to a first timer like me HAHA

The items you're turning in need to be collectibles. If you look to the right of the item you'll see a number, that's basically the minimum collectible number you need to hit. If you look below the list of items you'll see a chart which basically tells you what numbers you'll need to reach to get higher rewards.

And as a tip, only make 3 items to turn in. That's all you need to hit the next rank.

You don't have your collectables ability turned on. You cannot turn in regular items - they need to be collectables.

Collectibles ability? Oh gawd do I have to make them with that turned on? I guess I'll try and figure the thing out. Thanks for the pointing in the right direction to solve it :D

Well, I can't find the ability anywhere.... guess I'll leave it HAHA. Done the quests I need to have, I'll have a better look when it hasn't pissed me off so much HAHAHA

Find the skill called "Collectable Synthesis". It is a level 50 skill that each crafting class gets. Activate it before crafting. You can also activate it during crafting if you remember after you started crafting, it works too, without taking any durability or action in the craft. It's a toggle. If it's on, your item will become a "colletable", which is normally traded for blue or red scrips in Idyllshire, but the deliveries also require collectables, as opposed to regular crafts.

Just like to say thank you to you guys for helping me locate what I needed turned on, the issue has been resolved :D

It frustrated me for some reason the session I unlocked the ability during did not show it in my abilities page, but this morning when I loaded up it had and it's all good now :D
