Hundreds of missing items multiple stacks of 99

Worst customer service. Keep closing my thread for insufficient information without the decency of a reply. How about saying what extra info I need? Isn't the below following your guide? Can you please respond?

Please respond. I'm not getting any response IN GAME or on these forums. Please I need help.

I had over 300 "Ixali Oaknots" in my inventory.

I later went to trade in these items and I only had 14 in my inventory.

I never spent them. I never had in retainers, and oddly enough I had a stack of 13, and a stack of 1 which makes no sense. I previously had multiple stacks of 99.

I never spent these items as I had no idea what to buy.

Can someone check my inventory history and see what happened, and if other items went missing? This is the only item I recall as I was planning on using them. I saw the vendor said I had well over 300. A few days later I checked the market board to see what sells.

Then when I went to trade in u only had 14 . A stack of 13. And a stack of 1. And I never spent any. These stack numbers are suspicious alone.

I've done dailies for many months saving these items (and moonstone) up.

There could be more items missing. I only remember the Oaknots since i planned to turn them in and I had MULTIPLE stacks of 99 that just vanished.

if the vendor said how many you have they would have been in your inventory, not one of your retainers. Possibly they are still there, or on a diiferent retainer? you can do
/isearch [partial-item-name]
for missing items to find them

Considering this is your 3rd thread about this, has your support ticket been 100% ignored? I see that your thread in technical support is still open. Tried live support?

Yeah you have made multiple threads about this and you wont get an answer here. This is not the place where you ask things like that, you need to contact the actual support team. Don't bother with GMs in game, they will tell you to do the same thing...contact support.

Sadly you are most likely out of luck. SE is very picky about returning lost items. Even hacked accounts cannot get their items back or character reset. But best of luck. Just don't expect miracles.
