It's been now 4 days since I got any allowances. I'm not getting any daily allowances.
Tried to report in-game, but GMs didn't seem to want to help me.
Please, do have a look into this. I'm trying to finish relic weapons, and without beast tribe quests, getting unidentified items isn't as efficient.
Do you have any open beast tribe quests? That could be a reason they are not resetting.

Has it always behaved like that? I can remember (in ARR, not in HW) having open tribe quests and still getting allowances. It's been a long time, though, and I could be wrong.
