Idea to add "Anima" particle effects to other weapons

I'd love to see perhaps as a future iteration of our Relic/Anima weapon line a reward that would allow us to augment any same type weapon with the particle effect of an unlocked Anima weapon, ie taking something like the particle effect of Aettir and applying it to Tyrfing.

Another way of doing this to cover any other general particle effects would possibly be to create a glamour that affixes the particle effect of one weapon to another the same way we glamour same types of weapons or armors. I don't know if this just wouldn't be possible because of various weapon shapes, but it seems like it would work?

What do others think?

I think we should let the Anima weapons be unique as they are.
But maybe we could get something else to "glorify" other weapons, like a smaller version of a particle effect that isn't as obvious.

This would be a great use of elemental materia. Like the weapon absorbs it and gets the effect (not that the materia is slotted in it since that's reserved for crit/det/spell speed)

I actually suggested a similar thing for elemental materia once.

Unlocking a weapon/shield particle effect glamour would be awesome though. Would be nice for more weapons to have effects. Even if they are just basic glows or something.

With each Job being a different color the new hub will light up as a christmas tree, able to be seen from space.

Haha, could do color checks to make sure your raid is organized / ready. GREENS -50DKP FOR NOT BEING WHERE THE HELL YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE, HEY HEY I SEE YOU WITH THAT RED, STOP IT!

I like special effects on gear but I'd like to see if they try their hand at some more tame ones as well. Like subtle fire, or light dripping/subtle rippling veins, even a more inline but still "pretty" effect like the brotherhood sword in FFX (like bubbles inside the weapon, and not appearing on top of it).

The Relic ones can still be over the top cause sure they're obnoxiously grindy but it'd be nice to see something less turned to 11, like they did those armor effects a while ago (big shiny shielding effect) - not as much subtle stuff.
