Patch 3.56?

Been searching.. When is this getting released!? Everywhere says it will be released in March, but I haven't heard a peep officially.

speculation is Mar 28 as its the last Tuesday in March and they've stated 3.56 would be out in March. it's all that's left really.

I'm really counting the days for this one. I hope it hits hard like Before the Fall did, I'm super stoked.

Do we know what's to be expected in this pre-expansion patch?

I wasn't around at the time during the ARR to HW equivalent, but I assume similar things will occur.

From what i've heard:

3.56 = Story
3.57 = Begin story of Stormblood?

3.56 will be the latter half of "The Far Edge of Fate" and will already be bridging the story toward Stormblood.

I hope we get another 45min(ish) cutscene. ^^

The waits getting to be too long.. May just unsub untill stormblood comes in june.

Ya sadly no actual release date for now but people say near end of March.

3.57 will most likely remove the loot cap for Alex Savage and MAYBE double the weekly tomestone cap, if 2.5 is anything to go off of.
