I'm probably too late here, unfortunately the official forums server sections don't see a lot of activity. I personally run (co-operatively with others) what I call a "newbie FC", which I started up about 3.5 years ago and is still going strong. Basically we try to focus on learning and teaching. We encourage players to play at their own pace and try to have an environment where nobody feels like they can't participate, and we're pretty good at it. I run a small FC with mostly real life friends/coworkers. We are very casual and laid back. We have a Medium house stocked with a workshop and crafting stations. A lot of members have taken a hiatus, however, are now coming back prepping for Stormblood. Let me know if you're interested.
