Housing items not rendering or glitching out

Not really sure if I need to put this here or not so feel from to move if necessary. Customer Service kept telling me to put this here so here it is. I've been having issues with a few of my housing items. They won't render on my screen until i move up close to it. A lot of the items (picture frames, tabletop items) i've managed to move or rearrange so it wouldn't be an issue anymore but others i can't seem to fix. It almost seems as if that part of my house is bugged out or something because it happens to any item i place there. Not sure how to fix this. It almost doesn't seem to be a graphics issue seeing as how items literally next to them or even further away render just fine. Just some items don't or other items in it's place. I'm open to any suggestions that i currently haven't tried yet. It's not really that big of a deal i guess it's just extremely annoying.https://scontent-dft4-2.xx.fbcdn.net...ac&oe=596EE262
