Speed debuff of Stealth without having Stealth up

I encountered a random bug when mining outside of Costa del Sol, in which I moved with the speed of Stealth without having Stealth up. Exiting and re-entering the game seems to fix it, but the issue is weird and kind of funny nonetheless.

Time: Roughly 6:20 P.M. Arizona Standard Time
Frequency: Only seen once
World name: Coeurl
Character name: Alison Sera
Monster name: Collibri
Class/Level: Miner Lv. 31
Party or solo: Solo
In-game time: Some time in the day
Area and coordinates: Eastern La Noscea roughly (30.7, 25.3) (X, Y)
Steps:
1. Ran around doing levequest "The Midden Fair"
2. Had Stealth up to avoid aggro
3. Used Sprint and came out of Stealth to try and sneak past the Collibri in my way
4. Collibri hit me as soon as I cam out of Stealth
5. For the rest of my leve, and even after I hit "Return to Levemete", I had the movement speed debuff of Stealth, regardless of having Stealth on or off, and regardless of Sprinting
6. Logged out and logged back in, fixed the issue. Didn't try changing jobs, though it may be an alternate solution
