PS4 Pro Gamebreaking Errors

Hi,

Just thought i'd post this on the forums in case anyone from square enix reads this but for some reason after playing this game for a week on my ps4 pro it keeps on crashing.
At first I thought it might have to do with the so called ''boost'' mode but turning it off doesnt solve the problem. For some reason whether i'm in a dungeon or in the open world after a few minutes the entire game crashes and gives me an error code.

This has happened about 5 times in a row now and resetting my ps4 doesn't solve it either, I don't know why this is occuring but after playing this game for about 3 years on a normal ps4 and then 2 weeks on the ps4 pro it never happened before.

Figured i'd let people know about it in case i'm not the only one since it's obviously bad... If in some way it might be my ps4 pro then i'll have to keep an eye out for a bit longer but since it's with final fantasy that it keeps on crashing I don't know if there's some weird bug that suddenly occurs within the data files.

Yeah, I don't think alot of people have this issue, maybe ill have to reinstall the entire game, i'll see if it fixes itself. If not i'll try re installing it since it all started happening out of nowhere which is odd. I've had multiple dungeon runs and the game constantly crashed rather annoying having to explain to all these parties that my game keeps shutting down. hmm.... maybe my ps4 pro already broke down after 2 weeks of playing lol, god i hope not.

Try rebuild the database

What error code are you getting? Hard to troubleshoot without more information about the problem.

I realize it was kinda dumb not writing down the exact code after 5 times, sony does have this option to report a problem, not that i know if it really would be looked at either way i did report it.
It also stated as a possible solution: Try updating the game.
Well that makes no sense since if it weren't updated I couldn't even log in. If it happens again i'll post the error code and also google it to see if anything comes up, I have a feeling it might be something with my pro itself. Maybe not hardware wise but data wise. as long as no other people seem to have any issues it's problem only on my end, that's good to know atleast.

So the issue still hasn't resolved itself, it seems sometimes i'm able to play the game for a few hours, then at other times it crashes within an hour.
this is the error code the ps4 gives: ce-34878-0

It says: Try updating the game.
Since that isn't the issue after some google searches some sources claim its a hardware issue which would be odd since I only had the ps4 for less then a month, it seems there's no proper fix for it besides some people trading in their console for a new one?
Oh well, maybe it's not so much a problem with the game as with my console after all.

Also try the restore licenses, worth a shot.
I have had no issues yet before boost mode and using boost mode now.
Hopefully you get it resolved
