Opening Party Finder Crashes Game Client

Per response to my email to Customer Service, they advised me to post here regarding this bug.

When in game and I open the Party Finder, the game client crashes. I can use the Duty Finder without it crashing.

I have:
Ensured my game client is up to date.
Unblocked/white listed all .exe and .dlls associated w/FFXIV from my anti-virus software (Norton)
This started Feb/2017. I was able to use it in Jan/2017

When I attempt to use the Party Finder, the client will freeze in about 30-60 seconds and crash without giving and Error. I'm running in on Windows 10 64-bit.
