Psst you forgot to mention about how we now have Cross Server party finder so it makes finding parties so much easier than it did in the past, even on servers with lower populations :)

Goblin has tins of housing too. Tons of larges, mediums. The ward my fc is on is pretty much empty, we got a prime location right near the center of goblet. And you can fish right off our plot. :)

Sadly you really can't do much to get people to transfer. Due to the 1mil gil limit on transfers and the fact that it costs real money to do for everyone in the guild, it's really not feasible or practical to jump ship. Now I will say if you're a newer player, by all means come to Mateus, we're a small server in need of more people with plenty of prime real estate available for when you reach that point.

The only other option would be for them to find something really cheap on a bigger server like a rare minion that sells for more on Mateus and invest their money that way to make it all back.

I honestly don't think the housing will last very long, I am seeing a ton of sprouts here on Mateus lately. Overall it actually seems more active than Hyperion, where I transferred from. And I actually made Gil transferring, materia was selling for more on Mateus.

Ditto on that. Mateus has actually seemed a good deal more active lately for some reason. It's been an odd sight, seeing so many low level players about.

Glad to hear Mateus is doing better. Husband and I transferred off a while back to Couerl, and while we're happy with that decision, I do sometimes miss Mateus. :)

It's funny you mention that, I've started noticing to. Lot more sprouts running around the lowbie areas and my FC got a recent influx of them to. We're also finding a lot of people have come back to prepare for stormblood to jump in to the new expansion content once it's out. It's been a lot of fun helping people through their MSQ and helping them prep, been super busy with that, PVP, and power leveling the crafters of my FC mates!

Likely a result of Pre-Expansion preparation by new players and returning players. People leveling characters and pushing them through the MSQ to be ready for Stormblood.
