Hello. Diadem is very bad. I am less angry about 280 weapon than most people. Fates are not good content. However if you want us to do fates in order to spawn the mission, or you want us to do fates period, you need to have given us a visible meter or some indication that we are going towards something, otherwise people are merely just going to afk in front of the Mhachi portal.
Maybe in Eureka you try to put content for everybody in Diadem instead of only lowest level players. Why not have something for all levels of gameplay in it all going towards the goal that we so desire with at least a cue telling us we're getting closer.

They should of made gear i270. There are people who don't raid or unable to do raids because of the lolmeta. The stats will be RNG but at least it's something to work towards.
Materia alone is crashing marketboards, there's too much of it now. They should of replaced some fates with hunt marks, people could always use more ways to get ventures and aetheryte tickets. Also, why don't fates reward GC seals? Another missed opportunity now that squadrons can easily bleed you dry. -

RNG RNG RNG ..... come on, a little less RNG (or just TOKENS) would be fine ... for causal catch-u gear; doesn't need to be better than top end raid gear, and less rng could go with that.
And afk parties are not a good sign! -

Because players don't realy want to do fates.
And when others players wait for a emergency mission happen, and when it happen, we are not enough players to do it, because of the leavers.
i280 weapon apart, players don't want to stay and just do Fates, there is something to do about it.
A token system would be great too, because you can loot piece you don't care about, when you hope strongly to have something usefull in one job. For exemple you can do a gatcha system with token for one Tank piece for exemple : and the stat will still rng, but at least you can choose the Job of the Loot and get finger crossed.
Now I am not against the 265 piece, even if them can be better than some 270 pieces. Because its something else to get gear and it come late. But for 280 weapon, it's not a problem if only we can have other alternative to get one, relic step ? something to make a alexander i275 to i280 ?
Well it's need some tweak.
