What's the fastest way to spiritbond i150 Crafting Gear?

I recently got the i190 crafting gear for my crafting class and my old i150 crafting gear I've been using I want to convert them into materia, but they're at 84% currently and I'm looking for a quick way to get them to 100% easily and super fast.

Though I'm not sure which item will be perfect to craft and easy to get the materials as well. I got all my crafting classes to 60 so any class will do. Does anyone know what craftable item is the fastest way to spiritbond my i150 to 100%?

Pop a spiritbond potion, better crowned pie (purchasable from talan in mor dhona), meteor survivor rings, and patriot's bracelet, then quick synth an item that is cheap to make. What's cheapest is going to depend on your server; I feel that Birch Lumber (5 logs) could be a good choice, as well as Aurum Regis Nugget (5 Aurum Regis Sand and 1 Gold Ore).
