With lv raising cap (60 to 70), make it challenging for players to reach the cap so that they can clear challenges only by correctly play their job. Yes, i am not asking for inclusive system but exclusive. Yes, I am talking about something like this guy.

Please clarify what you mean, because I'm having trouble understanding. 'Raise cap' sounds like something to do with raising KO'd players, but that can't be right.

I think he means to erect skill barriers on the way to level 70 every 5 levels so that you can't reach the cap without being "gud".
