FC events that are sprout friendly

Hey folks,

My officers and I have recently decided to make our company into a newbie-training fc where we can help sprouts learn (and get addicted to) the game.
With SB coming up we've noticed an up-tick in new players on our server and want to make an environment for them to enjoy the game before encountering the end-game salt haha!

That being said I want to try and hold some events to have some fun with them in-between all the level grinding and msq completing and was wondering what some of you do for events?
Specifically looking for ones that can easily include low-level sprouts.

I did a quick browse around during my last break and saw a few such as:
-Chocobo Racing
-"Escort" mission
- Land darts

But wanted to see if there were any others you guys could suggest.

Take them through stuff at the minimum ilvl i.e coil, old extremes. This gives them a bit of a challenge compared to what they currently have.
