When entering diadem from FC a message will often say "Playername does not meet the requirements...." even thought that person does meet all requirements.
They need to drop the party and rejoin then we can enter without issue.

I think this might be them talking with the entry/sign up NPC while you try to sign up? I had this once before at least.
