Source of Polarized Glass?

One of the mats needed for the Sky Rat gear is Polarized glass. Anyone know where to get it? Thanks.

From what i can find on gamerescape it drops from leather treasure maps.
Yes lowly leather treasuremaps, something just about nobody does anymore.

But it appears Leather Treasure Maps are from Unhidden Leather Maps, a random drop from other maps. Not easy!

Also came across a comment of getting them from quick retainer ventures, but thats too RNG to rely on
