Macro Icons from Main Menu

Does anyone know the command for using main menu icons for your macro?

The icons below work as intended...

/micon "Limit Break" General
/micon "Target Forward" General
/micon "Sprint" General
/micon "Fey Illumination" Pet
/micon "Cherry Bomb" Minion
/micon "Unicorn" Mount
/micon "Wave" emote


By this logic, I assumed the command for Main Menu icons would be:

/micon "Action & Traits" Character
/micon "Armoury Chest" Character
/micon "Achievements" Character
/micon "PVP Profile" Character

Then tried...

/micon "Action & Traits" Main Menu
/micon "Armoury Chest" Main Menu
/micon "Achievements" Main Menu
/micon "PVP Profile" Main Menu

...and finally...

/micon "Action & Traits" Main Commands
/micon "Armoury Chest" Main Commands
/micon "Achievements" Main Commands
/micon "PVP Profile" Main Commands

None of the above are effective. I have seen that it is possible on youtube- but the information was undisclosed. Can anyone assist?

Sorry for the looooong UP but I would like to know if anyone can give an answer for this ?
Made some researches and didn't find anything too :(
