The tooltip states "Overwrites company actions with similar effects."
This leads one to think that it will replace the company action if used, which is not the case. I suggest the wording be changed to "overrides" instead of "overwrites".
Test: Used a Priority Seal Allowance with Seal Sweetener active.
Both icons remained in the buff bar.
Once Seal Allowance expired, the company action effect resumed.
