Just wondering if the "Moggle" in his name (Good King Moggle Mog XII) was meant to be "Moogle" or if it's indeed Moggle, and this seems to be the best place to ask / report it.;)

Moggle Mog XII is it's name. If was the race it would be "Good Moogle King Mog XII"
It's odd indeed though since it's already cultural moogles having "Kupo" at name, like Kupofield, while most "Moogle" and "Mog" being refered to classes/jobs, like Mog Knight.
I believe most moogles have either "Kup" or "Mog" somewhere in their names, and actually of the 10 background moogles that help you out in Final Fantasy VI, most of them have "Mog" somewhere in their names, such as Moguel and Mogsy.
Aye, they do, but the majority of the names feature Ks or Ms quite prominently, usually as the first letter (Though there are the odd ones that don't. Stiltzkin and Artemicion being prime examples.
Good King Moggle Mog XII is the moogle in question's name. He's a moogle named Moggle. Moggle is his moogle-given name. Mog.
Moggle.
Thank you. :)
And his bauble I will toggle. :p
Ferne! long time no see!
Keep up the good work!
Mog.
Speaking of dark moogles, there's something I've always wondered about the race: Just what is the antenna for? I've always figured it's a sensory organ similar to whiskers that uses extremely sensitive nerve endings to detect changes in air current to maneuver even in darkness (And being an extremely sensitive organ would also mean it's a weak point one can hit for massive damage)
