Missing The Feast season 3 rewards for light party

I was adviced to post here in order to get any help on this subject after sending numerous tickets.
I'm missing rewards for the feast season 3 LIGHT PARTY. I got the solo rewards by mail just fine. But nothing on light party.
I placed 10th on the Chaos light party leaderboards.
Others received their rewards day 1 no problem.
And no my mail is not full or clogged up. My rewards were simply never sent.
