Pal-less Palace Achievement

I have been trying to get Pal-less Palace II now the achievement says "Clear the 1st thought the 100th floors of the palace of the dead solo." now i have to the wording of this achievement have cleared floor 1-100 on the very same save file and have not received the achievement i have felt angry and disheartened that all my time was wasted for this. I have been told by GMs that i have to die on the floors above 100 to receive this achievement and its the same for the achievement before it but for floors 51+. I do believe there are others like me who have attempted and followed word for word by the achievement and may have died and cannot receive this achievement because we are being misled by the achievements words are agitated, angry, disheartened all because the achievement is ether worded wrong (it could have said "Starting from floor 1 make your way to floors 51-200 of the palace of the dead solo." and for the second achievement it would be changed to "101-200")or it is a bug and needs to be fixed to follow what the achievement says

The achievment gets triggered if you finish the Palace. The only ways to finisch it is dying or get to the exit on floor 200.
They should change the triggerpoint to the exit of the corresponding floors.
