Fantasia Option Disappeared

Not sure where to post this but i am unauthorized to post anywhere else.

Time: February 28, 2017 around 7pm
Frequency: Only Once
World name: Balmung
Character name: Apollyon Fury
Class/Level: Paladin Level 60
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Ul'dah Steps of Thal
Steps:
1. I drank a Fantasia intending to edit my character at a later date on Feb 25th, 2017
2. The Option to Edit my Character appears on my Character in the login screen.
3. Maintenance for Patch 3.55a commenced on Feb 27th to Feb 28th.
4. Upon Maintenance Completion and fresh login the Option to Edit my Character Disappeared and i am unable to Edit my Character anymore.
