priestly omelette not giving enough accuracy

priestly omelettes are only giving me 11 accuracy and high qualities are only giving me 17 accuracy

It's not a glitch/bug.
2% of 568 is 11.
3% of 568 is 17.

The values are right, cause buff dood gives you a percentage bonus on your stat limited by a fixed gain value.

Your base accuracy: 568
% gain by NQ/HQ: 2%/3%
your gain from NQ/HQ: 11/17

568*2%=11.36
568*3%=17.04

Working as intended.
