Are the any considerable improvements going from a Hybrid drive to a SSD?

The main issue that I have is when, for example, going for the big ice in the shatter mode or literal just stand inside the base.
To swap hotbars (R1) takes so long, or, as I like to use the expanded cross-hotbar option which you need to press R2 or L2 twice and hold, it doesnt even work (I mean it does, but it takes several attempts) unlike a 8 man trial which works just fine.
Turning the camera in crowded palces like said frontlines situation or even Idyllshire, isnt smooth at all.

I forgot to mention, this is for the original PS4.
