Launcher error from Windows

Ever since I logged off readying for 3.55a patch update, I cannot log into the game anymore.
The launcher will stop working, and the "FINAL FANTASY XIV has stopped working" error would pop up.
I had uninstall the game, and I can scroll and read all the License Agreement.
However, when I try to check the acceptance box, the same error would show up again.
Hence, I cannot even open the launcher/download for the game.

This does not happen to me prior to the update.
Does anyone may have any solution?
