Steps:
1.Cancelled previous engagement with same friend to upgrade the ceremony to platinum
2.when i cancelled it destroyed my platinum band so i had to buy another one
3.when i tried to start the quest with her it would not let me start it
4.she is afraid she has to re-cancel the quest and destroy her platinum band
