Unable to complete version check error

We have the errors [20458][24530][20457][410] unable to complete version check. Please help the launchers won't update for us and we can't log in :(. We have 5 on the PS4 with the same error

Connect to a different network (like a phone hotspot), get the download started, cancel it, switch back to your regular network, then log in again. The rest of the download should complete.

For some reason, their patcher server gets "stuck" and connecting from a different external IP seems to fix it. Using a VPN accomplishes the same thing, but isn't as easy to do with PS4s.

I am still getting the error. nothing is working to get it downloading.

I just got it fixed by changing my dns in my Internet settings :). Primary 4.2.2.1 secondary 4.2.2.2.

Ah, the Level3 DNS issue, then. Glad you got it fixed, I just wish the Level3/Ormuco handoff would get fixed so people stop having these problems.
