Launcher Acting Wierd + Erros

Ive a PC, a fair good machine that I play on, I've both ARR and HW directly bought from the SE ff14 page, and I use their launcher.
I don't know if this issue is mine only or general but this is what happends:
I open the launcher, and the first part that checks the launcher/updater version and usually freezes and after a minute or two a message pops up saying an error that it couldnt check out the version (Like when you try to lunch it without internet connection), after that and a few tries it finally opens the game launcher and the upper right corner (where you put your account details to get online) doesnt show a thing even after waiting some time, and here can also occur another error, and so i've to restart all over, usually a few tries until it finally shows everything as it should and only then I can play.
I have not a single game issue, is just the launcher. This problem happened to me a while ago back while gaming on my laptop, and I first thought that it had some errors (wasnt even a too powerful machine) but now the same issues are repeating in the deskop PC with the same details.

The updater says "Unable to complete version check [30605][20448][10009][10019]"
There may be an error in the configuration meaning its my problem but yet I have no clue how to fix it.
