Returning player.

Hey y'all. So, I've just returned to the game after an extremely long time and logged in to find myself feeling slightly overwhelmed. The thing is, I haven't played since Patch 2.2 all the way back in early 2014, if I remember correctly. I considered myself a very good player at the time, yet so much has changed as well as having also forgotten many things, I feel like i'm playing a completely new game. Exciting.

More than anything else, I'd love to find fun, social players/communities to learn with, re-learn & enjoy all the new things XIV has to offer. Whether brand new or experienced, i'm just looking for generally cool people to play & have fun with. I would thoroughly appreciate any Linkshell recommendations perhaps dedicated to acquainting & helping new/returning players with the current landscape if such a thing is available while looking for an FC to call home.
