This is my second 2.0 relic and I cant seem to get past the nexus to zodiac part, i got all 4 of the drops, did all those quests, but no other quest is popping up for me. There is no option to have my weapon upgraded, Can anyone help?

Try talking to Gerolt, he should send you to Mutamix. You may not need a quest since you already done it.
