(Suggestions) Bonus for SYNCHED old raids & portable music player
EDIT: I can't edit the title. What i meant was "bonus for SYNCHED"
old raids include extreme primals, exclude 24-man raids.

I am enjoying ffxiv so much so far :)
2 suggestions here for better.

1. Give bonus for synched old raids
I play ffxiv on JP and NA data centre, and it is hard to find an synched party for old raids. The queue time is like hours usually: even I role as tank. It is longer on NA data centre.
Most people do it unsynched, for their wondrous tales rewards. I understand it, because it is much more easier and takes less time.
But for some new players who want to clear it "synched", it doesn't help at all. I know there is mentor duty roulette, but it seems not help enough.
Duty roulettes, wondrous tales, relic/zodiac/anima weapon: I think those worked for activating old contents, except synched old raids.

2. Portable music player (orchestrion)

Do you mean it's hard to find synced (level 50 with ilevel cap) parties for old raids because people want to do it unsynced (level 60 no level cap)?
