3102 Error - Cannot Log In

So normally one would get this error from dcing from the game. Well earlier today I was having weird frame rate dips so I logged out and restarted my computer. I go to log back in and I get this error. I waited a few minutes and nothing changed so I filed a ticket and waited 35 minutes on hold for SE support to tell me to wait a few hours and it will correct itself that there is nothing they could do. It has now been 6 hours and I still cannot log into the game whether on my main character an alt or even one on another data center. I'm about to loose my cool.
