Feedback For Gm Rhinedynast

Hello!

I did a ran in one of the 24 man for a upgrade, normally it takes a while because of new people or earlier pullers. This time, I had an issue with an AFK member who would purposely die and respawn to watch, a free rider. Because of this I was very upset and reported him, I thought, 'Well here goes another dead report.'

By the time I left the 24 man, I was greeted with a whisper from Mr. GM. He asked questions and even said sorry for this AFK guy who was getting a free ride, as if it was hes fault. He was very kind and polite but stayed on point and told me that if I had further questions/comments that I could message them again. He was helpful with explaining that if enough evidence was found, the account would have action taken to it. I cannot thank him enough for putting my mind at ease. I am very hopeful going further into the game knowing that if I find another player like this, action may be taken against them instead of them getting a free ride.
