I just wanted to say thank you for the quick response and the professional courtesy. It is refreshing to run in to a GM who is willing to help and takes time to really gather information to assist as much as possible. Definitely one of the more attentive GMs I've run across.
Regardless of the outcome, GM team, this person deserves a raise.
