Today I logged in and noticed I was moving very slowly. My character's animations - running, unsheathing my weapon, etc., are noticeably slower than usual. I even jump slower - it looks like I'm on a planet with low gravity.
I intermittently have the red "bad connection" icon next to my name. When I ping the NA data center, though, I get 25ms.
This has happened once before. Any ideas? Does anyone else experience this?
