Everyone I've talked to said they expect the codes through e-mail shortly after the event. Just wait a little longer, I guess. :\
It sounds like they were supposed to be in the bags but weren't put in.
But yea waiting for any announcements is probably about all we can do, except bombarding support with mails.
well from what people asked in the info area in the FanFest, we should be getting an E-Mail from Cleeng with the codes.
I just hope I get a mail, since I had to write the support to get my preorder code for the merchandise, since I never got the mail.

I just got my code per E-Mail, it was from Square Enix, try checking your spam folder or like my mail account the Promotion folder
