Advice on DRG gear

Hi guys, just looking for advice, I cant obtain a12 lance nor relic, I only have drg A11 shirr weapon, could you advice on "bis" for shire weapon. I am currently on this set http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/YYIG Any advice appreciated.

Do palace of the dead runs... get + 30 arms and + 30 armor. You can trade that in for an ilvl 235 Weapon. (Itll consume the aether pool you collected so far in potd). Now collect +60 arms and + 60 armor and trade that in for a Kinna weapon.( ilvl 255) Once 4.0 come out, Ilvl 270 is. NOt going to be the " greatest of them all" so might as well take your time getting it.

Try this, it's a slightly modified a12s spear BiS, I just swapped the gloves to the shire pair, and moved a few melds to still reach the 625 skill speed tier. If one day you can clear a12s just switch the gloves and change a few melds, and you're set. http://ffxiv.ariyala.com/YYNW

He already has the augmented shire spear, potd weapons are no longer relevant for him.
