A Treasured Mother quest help

I'm doing the Treasured Mother quest for the Nexus to Zodiac weapon.
I'm at the very end all I have to do is turn in the HQ Eel Pie and HQ Perfect Cloth, which I have.

The problem is Brangwine will not take them all she says is, "You were gone for quite a while, adventurer. Does that mean my son has come to his sens-eh? You have something to give me?"

I did the other 3 quest this is the last,
I only have 3 quests active currently, A Treasured Mother, Soul without Life, and Primal Burden.
I do not have the quest, Morbid Motivation, active and I did complete it to see if it was the problem, did nothing.
Of course I have completed One Man's Trash.

I don't know what I'm doing wrong or what was left out. Please help

it should say Tailor-made Eel Pie HQ and not HQ Eel Pie. Unless they have changed the requirements by now, that's a bug in the description text in your journal (quest itself). Try purchasing or crafting the tailor made eel pie and see if you're able to turn in the quest.

I'll look back at it but when I checked AH all they had was eel pie and when I look at the walktwalkthrough it's the same pie.

Tried it on one of my alts to see if there was a bug. Not saying that your's might not be glitched, but in deed the quest itself says eel pie, but it's actually tailor - made eel pie. Anyways, if you are on the game, open the market board, click the box next to search that says : Partial Match, then type eel pie and both results should show up. It might be that nobody sells the tailored one on your server, I wouldn't know since I don't have a character there, but it's defiantly available via market board. Make sure that it shows that little white mark behind the actual item name or it's the regular version (NQ) and not the HQ version of it and you won't be able to turn in the quest.

Just double check your items in your inventory as well as your quest journal, make sure that the morbid quest is not in there etc. Sorry for repeating myself, but I've seen many people make that mistake and didn't realize it till they double checked. If that still doesn't let you turn in the quest, you might have to file a bug report.
