Feb 17 had Aspidochelone as a hunt mark. It took from 3h16m past daily reset to spawn.
Today, it's the same thing. So far, daily reset + 2h20m and no spawn.
I was under the impression that FATE spawn times had been fixed more than a year ago.
At least up the pop rates for FATE hunt marks to no longer than once per hour.
