A different kind of dx11 error to my knowledge

I poked around the forum a little bit before posting just to make sure I haven't seen people have the same issue.

The conditions for this error is kind of weird. Its only when I click exit game while logged into a character in the residential zones and Uldah. If I exit the game while in the character select screen, nothing bad happens. I do not have shadowplay active on my pc, I do have steam open but no steam games are running so no steam overlay is an issue to my knowledge, I've disabled sharex (puu.sh) and it still happens, and I have no discord overlays either. Those are the only programs I have, to my knowledge that has overlays that I have. This is a new ssd and hdd set up so not much is on my pc atm. The only thing that was different before this point was the update last month just like how all these other dx11 posts have been saying.

Even though these dx11 messages are only happening when I exit, so its not like I'm unable to play, I don't want this to possibly spiral into another problem later on.
