Can't complete MSQ: "You're Gonna Carry That"

Can't progress through the MSQ because the key items "labeled boxes" disappeared after I turned them into Tataru. However, the quest rewards box never appeared. Now Tataru just has the MSQ icon with the green check mark over her head, but I can't complete the quest because the "labeled boxes" are gone.
