Need help with Steam. Not even sure this is the right spot to post.

Bought FF in 2014 from Steam. Didn't play it for a few years. I kept my subscription active. I started playing recently again. Im now trying to purchase Heavensward from Steam. Steam wont let me purchase Heavensward as Steam says I need to have FF XIV A Realm Reborn installed to play. I can see the receipt for this game saying I purchased it in 2014. It seems like FF somehow became dissociated from my Steam account. I added it back via the add game feature in Steam. However Steam lists the version of the game I have as the trial version.

Anyhelp would be aprreciated.
