Stormblood Early Access Code Question

I got the email yesterday with my early access code in it for Stormblood. I entered it into the Mog Station and everything worked fine last night. However, I have not received the Wind-up Red Mage or Ala Mighan Earrings yet in game. Are these meant to be sent out at a later date? The e-mail really does not specify. Thanks!

Probably when early access starts. I believe it was the same for 3.0 pre-order items.

When early access starts like the previous poster stated or on release date.

Valkyrie is correct - the special items will only be mailed to you when the expansion actually launches (they're not even in the game files yet) - they'll be in your Moogle mailbox on the day the expansion goes live (not the early access). So don't worry, everything is working as normal, just have patience til June. :D

I think on the official release date and not early access. I remember with Heavensward having to buy a fantasia during early access to change to Au'Ra because the items were delivered after the official release date.

Ahhh ok! That makes sense. Would have been nice for SE to actually put that in the e-mail.... XD

Question about the digital collector's edition. Is that an option yet, and will it get the minion and earrings as well?

This, saw the same e-mail. Was a bit confused when I didn't see the Circle for Collector's Edition checked off, but then I saw it was not Stormblood, but Early-Access Stormblood.
