Still deciding to go

Hi,
My name in game (Phoenix) is Maya Luna.
I'm currently still deciding to go or not to go to the fanfest (because it is a lot of money).

Does anyone have any experience with the fanfest? What about the hotel the fanfest website is recommending? I'll be going alone, will it be fun? Can anyone give me some more information about the fanfest please. I'm afraid that if I go, I won't like it (or be lonely).

You should definitely go. I went in 2014 and it was a blast. Depends on what you want to do though. There are lots of in game things, some mini-games, and of course the live shows. It is a really cool vibe and its great to be around other players. Plus...its a two-day ticket this time. Personally I recommended its a nice vacation, great atmosphere and can meet people from your server at times. I attended the Las Vegas 2016 and tickets were sold out in a matter of hours even with advance access. You can sometimes get merchandise before it hist the square store, example the Encyclopedia was sold out right away and wasn't available for a few months. Yes it's a lot of money, well worth the trip. Get a T-shirt made with your character name and server, chances are groupies will be around and feel free to talk them and exchange stories. If your new to Fan Fest let them know, chances are alot of new people are there. More importantly have fun.
