I am missing silver chocobo feathers on one of my characters

Steps:
I found out that there was level 60 armor available for silver chocobo feathers and I went to buy some armor, but the character I was using didn't have any. I checked both of my retainers and my inventory. I even checked with the delivery moogle and he didn't have an old mail message either with the feathers or saying they had been delivered and I am 99.99% I didn't buy anything with them. My other characters have their silver feathers. I think Chaduan Deterre didn't receive any feathers for some reason. I emailed customer support and they told me to make a bug report here.
