Leve not accessible

I cant initiate Leves of swiftperch. I cant do anything regarding leves because of this .

When you accepted the quest, you should also have been given a random levequest. You need to initiate the leve you were given. (leves are listed at the bottom of the quest journal)

I am having a similar issue. I accepted the trial levequests for Aleport, Moraby, and Hawthorne a couple weeks ago. I came back to initiate them and it does not give me the options to Initiate or Abandon the quests. There is a Map option, but when pressed it just says "Unable to open at this time", though I am in the required location and at the required level for the quest. I have tried exiting the game and logging back in, and changing jobs. I made sure the quests were selected so they show at the top of quest list, but the issue has not been resolved.
